3. What this site does not do
- It does not perform diagnosis. The self-assessment is an educational instrument and does not replace a medical consultation.
- It does not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- It does not knowingly process data of anyone under 18 years of age.
4. Processors and transfer
E-mail delivery uses a transactional and marketing e-mail platform contracted as a processor, limited to the purposes of this policy. Servers may be located outside Brazil; in those cases the transfer observes art. 33 of the LGPD.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as the authorized communication relationship lasts or until consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first, except for legal retention obligations.
6. Rights of the data subject
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, erasure, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Every e-mail sent contains an immediate unsubscribe link. Additional requests can be made through the Contact page.
7. Security
Data travels under encryption (HTTPS) and access to the processor platforms is restricted and protected by individual credentials.

This policy may be updated; the current version will always be on this page with the update date indicated.
